The Canby/Minneota girls finished second and the boys placed third among seven teams at the Montevideo Invitational last Tuesday.

Madison Hennen tossed a two-hit shutout with 12 strikeouts and Minneota/Canby drubbed KMS 10-0 Tuesday in Kerkhoven.
Carson Javers fired a two-hit shutout and Mason Javers homered and doubled to drive in two runs as Minneota cruised past Renville County West 10-0 last Tuesday at K.P.
NOTE: Minneota/Canby split a doubleheader with Pipestone Area on Monday. Results were not available at press time. Those results will appear in next week's Mascot.

Krew Schneider and Teague Meyer combined on a four-hit shutout as Murray County Central defeated Minneota 9-0 in Slayton.
The Minneota boys' golf team opened the season Monday afternoon and finished third among seven teams at the Marshall Country Club.
Front, Beckett Buysse became a three-time NYWA state champion after placing first among 1st-2nd graders last Saturday at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester.
