Minneota Mudhen third baseman Preston Nuy had a good day hitting against Chokio and he knocked in the only run against Ortonville.

Two Minneota Vikings were named to the Section 3A All-Section Team this week.
They are senior catcher Alex Pohlen, who hit .471 this year and junior shortstop Thomas Hennen.

The Minneota Jr. Legion lost at Hutchinson last Friday, 10-0. “We played really good until the fifth and sixth innings when the wheels came off,” said Coach J.D. Pesch.
