Lizzy Gillingham to sign track tender at South Dakota State

Minneota all-around athlete Lizzy Gillingham is expected to sign a tender for track and field at South Dakota State University in Brookings.
Gillingham, who played on the Minneota Vikings’ volleyball and basketball state championship teams also is a member of the Canby-Minneota Girls’ Track & Field team.
She’s been jumper and short distance runner for the Lancers.
Her sister Emily is a runner on the Southwest Minnesota State University track and field team in Marshall.
Her parents Brad and Diane made the announcement last weekend and indicated a public signing would take place this week in Canby, where the Canby-Minneota track program is based.
