Junior Legion

The Minneota Vultures rolled over Wabasso/Redwood Falls 16-3 in Junior Legion baseball action on Thursday night in Wabasso.
Kellen Bradley worked all five innings for the win for the Vultures. He allowed five hits, while walking three and striking out three.
Minneota, which had nine hits against Wabasso/Redwod Falls, invoked the 10-run after five innings.
The Vultures, who played errorless in the field, also collected 10 walks and had four batters hit by a pitch.
Ryan Meagher, Kellen Bradley and Kyson Arndt had two hits apiece for the Vultures. Parker Bradley, Ian Myhre and Joey Lacek had the other hits.

Vultures top Canby

Four Minneota pitchers combined on a two-hitter and nine strikeouts as the Vultures thwarted a late Canby comeback attempt.
Parker Bradley had two of the Vultures' seven hits. Carson Javers, Eli Gruenes and Joey Lacek each drove home a run. Two other runs scored on Canby errors.
Ryan Meagher started on the mound for the Vultures and tossed three hitless innings with six strikeouts. Kyson Arndt pitched two innings and allowed one run. Lacek got the win despite giving up the tying runs in the sixth inning.
The Vultures then scored the go-ahead run in the last of the sixth when Parker Bradley led off with a double, moved to third on a single by Javers and scored on a single by Gruenes..
Kellen Bradley pitched a scoreless seventh for the save.
