Grace Hennen had 20 points, 13 rebounds and six steals as Minneota defeated Russell-Tyler-Ruthton 75-50 in a Camden Conference clash on Monday night in Tyler.
The Vikings (12-2) had built a moderate three-point lead at halftime and then surged in the second half by outscoring the Knights 40-18.
Kiersyn Hulzebos added 16 points for Minneota, while Dakoda Hennen had 12 points and four steals, Faith Myhre had 11 points, and Kenadi Arndt had eight points and 11 rebounds.
Grace Hennen, who had 12 of her 20 points in the first half, cashed 9 of her 10 free-throw attempts. The Vikings made 18 of 21 free throws as a team for a season-high 86 percent.
The Vikings led by as many as 15 points in the first half at 23-8 before RTR staged a late first-half rally. RTR tied the game 35-35 on a three-pointer by Madi Burns before Minneota went on a 13-0 run and never trailed again.
Gabi Borresen and Addy Nelson had 10 points apiece for the Knights (6-5).

Four players reached double figures as Minneota captured its 10th win of the season in dominating fashion, utilizing a 40-point second half to run away with a 76-49 triumph over Dawson-Boyd in a Camden Conference game on Thursday night in Minneota.
Grace Hennen pumped in 18 points, hooked 10 rebounds and made five steals. She also had two of the Vikings’ six 3-pointers.. Kenadi Arndt also notched a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Kiersyn Hulzebos added 14 points and four steals, and Dakoda Hennen finished with 12 points and three steals.
The Vikings (10-2) led 26-15 before the Blackjacks (3-9) went on a 9-0 run to close within 26-24. Minneota then went on a 10-2 run to lead 36-26 at halftime.
The Vikings, who dropped in 20 of 25 free throws for the game, dominated the second half and finished with nine players scoring.
Faith Myhre finished with six points. Sarah Gruenes and Nevaeh Hennen had five points apiece off the bench.
Dawson-Boyd got 15 points from Allison Estling and 12 from Alyssa Swedzinski.
