Dilley back in the race for Canby-Minneota
Sean Dilley has had a rough time just getting on the course this year.
Sickness and dealing with other medical situations kept him home — until a couple of races ago.
On Thursday he finished as the fifth Canby/Minneota runner to help his team's cause.
Canby/Minneota runners came in behind The LQPV/DB boys, who had five runners place in the top eight finishes at Granite Falls on Thursday.
Mike Kvaal won the race with a time of 16:42.00, followed by Zeke Sather in second place at 16:45.00. Griffin Johnson placed fourth at 17:13.00, while Mason Brehmer (17:38.00) and Payton Sterud (17:43.00) finished in seventh and eighth place, respectively.
For Canby/Minneota, Blake Stoks placed sixth at 17:35.00 to lead the C/M boys. Tristan Bierschenk (18:35) and Alexander Full (18:48) placed in 17th and 18th, respectively. Eric Carrasco added a time of 19:22 for 25th place, while Dilley finished in 31st at 19:42.
