Boy runners advance to sections

The Canby-Minneota boys finished fourth in the sub-section track tournament at Montevideo on Thursday.

Montevideo won the event with 199.5 with BOLD second at 127; Lac qui Parle Valley-Dawson-Boyd third at 112 and Canby-Minneota fourth at 83.

Others were: 5. Central Minnesota Christian 59; 6. Lakeview 56; 7. Yellow Medicine East 39.5;8. MACCRAY-Renville Co. West 20; Hendricks 13.

Canby-Minneota boys qualifying for the section 3A Meet at Luverne are: (First place listed regardless of school). The top four in each event advance to the section competition on Thursday, June 1 at Pipestone.
