Adam Snyder wins Pure Stock Special at Fiesta

The largest Pure Stock field of the season came to Fiesta City Speedway for a 20-lap, $500 feature. Corey Storck of Morris, after taking the lead on the fifth lap, held off Timm Kanten of Milan for his second win of the season.

Justin Tammen of Clara City jumped out to the lead to begin the WISSOTA Street Stock feature. With eight laps to go, Tammen spun out in front of the rest of the field, giving the lead to Jordan Tollakson of Montevideo.

Tollakson would lead the rest of the way for his fifth win of the year. Matt Fester of Atwater took the lead on the first lap of the WISSOTA Super Stock feature. But Jake Knapper of Montevideo took the lead on lap two and two laps later, Jeff Crouse of Alexandria took over and led the rest of the way for his third win of the season and second in a row. Dustin Virkus of Clarkfield led the entire WISSOTA Hornet feature for his sixth win of the year.

Matt Smith of Morris led the WISSOTA Modified feature from start to finish for his second win of the season.

Smith held off Brian Haben of Appleton in the closing laps to the win. Brian Schultz of Montevideo led the entire WISSOTA Late Model feature for his first win at Fiesta City Speedway since 2014. Abby Hacker of Montevideo took the lead to start the 20 lap Pure Stock feature.

On lap four, Henry Hacker would take over the lead. But Adam Snyder of Milroy took the lead with seven laps to go and held off Henry Hacker for the win.

The win was Snyder's first ever win at Fiesta City Speedway. Next week racing is sponsored by Schwieters Ford, Red Line Graphix and Duffy's.

The Late Model will be racing for $1,000 to win thanks to Four Seasons Stor-All. Racing begins at 7 p.m.
