NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Minneota, Minnesota will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 129 East First Street, Minneota, MN on November 13, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. to hear comment from the public with regarding the adoption of an Ordinance Amending the City Code to change the side setbacks for corner lots in the City of Minneota and consider additional changes to the zoning code.

Notice is also given that the City Council will consider a request to abate taxes on property owned by City Hall Bar and Grill to facilitate the redevelopment of that property.
