LETTER TO THE EDITOR

To the Editor,

Recently, many of you have probably read a public notice posted in this paper regarding what looks like a lawsuit involving myself, my deceased mother and my sisters. Just to set the record straight, that is not the case. Recently it was brought to our attention that many years ago when my mother transferred title of our farm to me there was a portion of the paperwork that was accidentally not completed resulting in the need to follow-up with this protocol to proceed to fix that oversight. Three public notices to meet the lawful criteria had to be posted and that was what you saw. We are not suing anyone. The wording is just a formality to correct the records. My sisters and I enjoy a wonderful family relationship and undoubtedly will throughout the remainder of our lives.
