<p>Napa Cabbage Slaw Having a cold salad eliminates the need to turn on the stove or oven and heating up the kitchen on a hot summer day. The chow mein noodles and snow peas gives a pleasant crunch to this colorful slaw. Ingredients 4 cups chopped napa or Chinese cabbage 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut into thirds 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper 1 green onion, chopped 1/4 cup sesame ginger salad dressing 1/2 cup chow mein noodles Directions In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, mandarin oranges, water chestnuts, snow peas, red pepper, and green onion. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow mein noodles.</p>
