NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING

Please Take Notice: The Murray County/Lyon Joint Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Murray County Ditch 14 (“CD 14”), will hold a final hearing on the Viewers’ Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits of CD 14. The Viewers’ Report has been filed with the Drainage Authority. The hearing will be held on January 23, 2023, at 9:30 a.m., in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Murray County Government Center, 2500 28th Street, Slayton, Minnesota 56172. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
The Viewers’ Report, along with amendments, if any, are available for inspection by contacting Travis Radke, by email or phone (tradke@co.murray.mn.us or (507) 836-1137). Written comments may be directed to Heidi Winter by email or by U.S. Mail to Murray County, Attn: Heidi Winter, County Auditor-Treasurer, P.O. Box 57, Slayton, MN 56172.
Please note this is a combined hearing involving benefits redeterminations for Murray County Ditch 14.
At the final hearing, the Drainage Authority will accept public comment regarding the Viewers’ Reports. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment per the instructions above. Written comments will be accepted through close of business on January 20, 2023, by email or by U.S. Mail to Heidi Winter (hwinter@co.murray.mn.us or Murray County, Attn: Heidi Winter, County Auditor-Treasurer, P.O. Box 57, Slayton, MN 56172).

Ellsborough Township, T-108-N, R-43-W, Sections 1, 2, 11, and 12.
Rock Township, T-109-N, R-42-W, Section 31.
Shelburne Township, T-109-N, R-43-W, Sections 36.
