A Summary of the Proceedings of the Lyon County Board
* 9 a.m. pursuant to notice the Lyon County Commissioners met with the following members present: Commissioners Graupmann, Anderson, Crowley, Draper and Andries. Also present: Administrator Stomberg and County Attorney Wikelius.

MSP to approve the agenda as amended.
MSP to approve consent agenda as presented.
MSP to approve the contract with SMSU for dispatching services from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026.
MSP to approve the law enforcement services contract for the City of Russell from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
MSP to approve the written request for repurchase of tax forfeited land. Motion passed by roll call vote.
MSP to raise the amount from $125,000 to $150,000 on CD 11.
MSP to raise amount from $150,000 to $160,000 on CD 4.
MSP to approve the resolution regarding drain system assessments, installment schedules, and interest rates and authorizing transfers to cover drainage system account efficiencies with those dollar amounts. Motion passed by roll call vote.
MSP to approve the resolution declaring the official intent to reimburse the county with the proceeds of a municipal bond, financing for expenditures and providing certain other matters in connections where or with on our ditches. Motion passed by roll call vote.
MSP to consider approving the prepay letters for CD 4, 11, 55, 69, and JD 2, for the approved assessment amount, term, and interest rate set in the ditch assessment resolution.
MSP to approve the financing agreement for JD 15 R&L.
