MNRAAA Announces New Board of Directors
The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging (MNRAAA) is excited to announce a new addition to their Board of Directors, Rosie Dehli.
Rosie Dehli, of Montevideo, MN, is a retired educator who formerly worked with the Montevideo School as their Principal and most recently held the position of Education Specialist with the Minnesota Department of Education. Ms. Dehli, a Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) alum, has been actively involved with her community through being a member of the Montevideo Chamber of Commerce, a regional trainer for the National Institute of School Leadership, a board representative on Minnesota Elementary School Principal’s Association, Montevideo United Way Fund Chairperson and numerous positions within her local church. Ms. Dehli was instrumental in the cross generational groups held between local elementary students and area seniors. “Grandparents and children alike truly enjoyed this time together and brought a level of compassion that was unexpected.” stated Ms. Dehli.

Her professional and personal background that has considered the education of our younger generation while also providing intergenerational growth through incorporation of older adults and fits within our mission of assisting older adults thrive in our area. Rosie has a positive personality a bright look towards the future.” stated Jason W. Swanson, Executive Director.

Ms. Dehli joins the MNRAAA Board of Directors which feature professionals from the twenty-seven-county area, ranging from a retired hospital administrator to current Executive Director of an Assisted Living facility.
