Rick Mills, who serves as Director of the South Dakota State Railroad Museum in Hill City, will conduct a program on the railroad, titled, “I Saw a Train: What They Do and Where Do They Go?” 2 p.m. — Mills will present a special program geared for adults, titled: “What the Railroads Brought to the High Plains”.
