Recently, the Buffalo Ridge Pheasants Forever chapter completed the purchase and transfer of 160 acres North of Ivanhoe in Marble Township to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife.
The land was purchased with cooperation from; Debs and Allen Dubbeldee , Buffalo Ridge Pheasant Forever, Outdoor Heritage Fund, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment.
This property will be managed by the USFW for the reproduction of waterfowl. More grass and nesting cover adds the potential for increased populations of game and song birds.
This land will be open to public hunting. There may be some restrictions on ammunition used so consult your annual Minnesota Hunting and Fish regulations book or look for posting on the property.
