Funeral services for Louis (“Lou” or “Louie”) Downing, 69, of Porter will be held Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the Life Remembrance Center in Minneota. Public visitation will begin two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Cemetery in Taunton, MN. A luncheon will be held at the Minneota City Offices following the burial.
Louie died on Jan. 13, 2023 at Sanford Hospital Sioux Falls, SD.
