Young musicians in concert

Minneota First and Second Year Honor Band members performed last Saturday at Wabasso.
Minneota had eight representatives in the band that came from all over the area. Amy Labatt of Edgerton Schools directed the first year students and Erika Bierman of Pipestone directed the second year honor students.
Each of them performed four selections at 1 p.m. on Saturday after practicing in the morning.
The Southwest Minnesota Band Directors Association sponsored the event.Minneota students are in John Voit’s band program.
