Camping time favorite

When I was a little girl, I remember lots of camping with family and friends.
I also remember a fish recipe that was always a favorite whenever we would go fishing. It is so easy and everyone can custom make their own. (The veggies can be fresh or frozen.)
Grilled Fish in a pouch
- 1 to 2 fish fillet (depends on size)
- 1 tbls butter or margarine
- broccoli, cauliflower, corn, carrots, any other veggies you like cheese, any variety (optional)
- tin foil
- season with your favorite spices lemon slice (optional)
Preheat grill. Lay enough tin foil out to make into a pouch. Lay fish fillet and top with butter or margarine and squeeze lemon over the top. Add your veggies of choice. (As much or as little as you want.) Sprinkle on your favorite spices and top it off with cheese. Fold tin foil up until completely closed. Pinch and fold edges. Grill for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked thoroughly. Enjoy!
