Four local Gold Star mothers who lost sons in the armed services were honored guests in the Memorial Day parade in Minneota on Monday, May 26, 1975. The four mothers are, left to right: Mrs. Carrie Verschelde, Mrs. James Bradley, Mrs. Leonard Ahlschlager, and Mrs. Cecelia Lozinski.
