MN author to present at library Nov. 2

Minnesota author Colin Mustful will discuss his latest book, "Reclaiming Mni Sota: Changing the Past to Connect With the Present" at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2 at the Minneota Public Library.
Mustful has published four novels related to the period of Minnesota history that brought about the Dakota Conflict in 1862, culminating in the hanging of 38 Dakota men.
Mustful will talk about the value of turning history around while explaining how doing so helps readers see the direct connection between the past and the present.
The library welcomes the public to enjoy this "History Through Fiction" presentation. Refreshments will follow the presentation.
