LCM to have Open House to celebrate 10-year anniversary

The Lyon County Museum in Marshall, is having a 10-year anniversary Open House on Tuesday, May 16 from 4-6 p.m., with a program to follow at 6 p.m.
Cake and ice cream will be served. Guests can also register for door prizes.
Executive Director, Jennifer Andries, will present on Lyon County Historical Society's mission of preserving and sharing Lyon County's history at 6 p.m. A presentation of select artifacts and photographs from the collection will be shown.
On May 16, 2013, the museum held its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Lyon County Historical Society’s new museum in the former Marshall-Lyon County Library.
