St. Edward School Happenings

Music: We enjoyed singing the National Anthem and “God Bless the USA” for our visiting veterans. We are all busy working on Christmas program music. The 8th graders have lots of lines to memorize in addition to all of the music!
Art: Students in Grades K-6 created some patriotic banners that are hanging in our hallways. I thought they all did a nice job and they finished this project in one class period!

Students in grades K-8th have been participating in a roller skating unit during PE classes. The roller skates are rented from the company Skatetime out of the Twin Cities.
It is a lot of fun to watch students improve on the skates. The 7th grade students helped the K/1st grade students skate for their first few classes. Last week, K/1st grade skated on their own for the first time. K students were very proud of themselves and how much they have improved.
