Vultures drop one-runner to Tracy
It was one of those games where Minneota was down 7-2, rallied for seven runs, then watched Tracy take the game in the bottom of the ninth inning, 8-7.
Konnor Zick led Tracy by going 3-4 and he got the game-winning hit and knocked in two runs.
It dropped the Minneota Vultures to 1-2 at the start of this American Legion baseball season.
Tate Walerius led the way for Minneota going 2-4 with a pair of runs batted in. His teammate Ted Pesch added a pair of hits and an RBI and Austin Sorensen and AJ Myhre each had two hits.
Sam Buysse started on the hill with Teddy Pesch in relief. But it was Landon Rolbiecki who took the loss in relief of Pesch.
Jake Tauer was 2-5 for Tracy and Luc Gerais added a hit and knocked in three runs.
