Swedzinski qualifies for state gym meet

Winifred Swedzinski (shown on balance beam) of Ghent, who competes for the Estelline-Hendricks Redhawks, has qualified for South Dakota's State Gymnastics Meet with her team and also individually on the balance beam and vault. The Redhawks finished second in the Region 1 meet on Feb. 2 in Milbank, SD. The team portion of the state meet will be held on Feb. 10 and the individual portion is Feb. 11 in Aberdeen, SD.
