Pacesetters regional basketball set for March

Pacesetter Region 3 Youth Basketball Championships set for Redwood Falls March 23-24. The Pacesetter Region 3 Youth Basketball Championships will be held in Redwood Falls on Saturday and Sunday, March 23-24, for all teams in grades 4-9.

The Region 3 champion will advance to the Pacesetter Minnesota state tournament in Maple Grove in June. The Pacesetter Great Five-State Championships in Minneapolis, where each team will play on the main Target Center floor. All teams will play 3-4 games in the regional tournament.

Over 1,000 teams from Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin are expected to play in this five-state playoff system, which is sponsored by the Minnesota Lynx and Timberwolves.
