Minneota holding fall baseball practice

As a result of the 2020 baseball season being cancelled last spring, high school baseball coaches are allowed to run practices from Oct. 5 until Oct. 23, it was announced recently.
Minneota will be holding practice for the next three weeks beginning on Oct. 5. Practices will be held from 4-5:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at K.P. Kompelien Field.
Coaches Keven Larson and J.D. Pesch will be focusing practices on: Arm strengthening and conditioning, pitching skills and strategy, catching skills and strategy, and hitting techniques.
"As this is considered part of our official baseball season, we expect all players in grades 7-12, who are not in a current fall sport, to be at these practices," said Pesch. "We realize this is short notice and there may be some conflicts for this week."
