Minneota girls to compete in Pacesetter's Hoops Challenge

The Minneota girls basketball team will compete in the 30th annual Pacesetter's Sweet 16 Championships on Aug. 7-8.
Action will take place at Clemens Field House in the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph. All games are open to the public.
This invitational event pits top teams from Class 4A, 3A, 2A and 1A in a single class tournament for boys and girls basketball.
Minneota is coming off a second straight Class A championship.
The Vikings face Austin at 11:10 a.m. and St. Michael-Albertville at 1:50 p.m. on Saturday in South pool play.
