There was no game here anyway because the Vikings are on the road at Tyler against Russell-Tyler-Ruthton tonight.
The bridge at K. P. Kompelien Park was inundated with water — again!
By Friday morning it was down some, but still blocks passage to the park.
The Wednesday night, Thursday morning rain poured down, up to seven inches in the area and has caused a lot of flooding problemsIt's just part of a spring and summer of discontent as water kept many farmers from planting their crops, others from getting a good growing season, and even others worried about a potential harvest.
The Yellow Medicine River has always been a good guage of flooding problems in the area.
