The second meeting for Phase 1 of the development of a Southwest Regional Transportation Coordination Council will take place December 4, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Center for Regional Development, 2401 Broadway Avenue, Slayton, MN.
