Veterans Day programs

VETERANS DAY

• Monday, November 11, 11 a.m. at Minneota High School

Presentation of the Colors by the American Legions: Post 199, Minneota; Post 564 Ghent, Post 604 Taunton and VFW 5334 Minneota.

"Pledge of Allegiance" by the Fifth and Sixth Grade Choir.

Invocation: Benediction by Bruce Bot.

Introduction and Closing by Student Council President Katie Konold.

"Blowin' in the Wind/America" and "Seize the Moment" by the Minneota Concert Choir.

Patriot Pen Contest/Voice of Democracy presented by Ed Lozinski and Pam Gregor.

"America the Beautiful" and "The Star Spangled Banner" by the Minneota Concert Band.

"Taps" will be done by trumpet.

Address by Boys Stater Dave Rabaey.

Speech delivered by Veteran Byron Higgin, called, “Table Set For One.”

• Address will be given by Adam and Chassidy DeRoode.
• Ed Lozinski will announce the Patriot Pen winners.
• Everyone is welcome to attend the St. Edward School Veteran’s Program!
