School board approves resignation

The Minneota School Board last week officially approved Heather Anderson’s resignation as a high school English Teacher. She is taking the principal’s position at Ivanhoe.
The board also:
•Accepted Jeremy Frie’s resignation as community education director. That position will be filled by Jason Myhre.
•Approved the retirement of Technology Director Lois Dero.
•Approved Aubree Cheadle as the fall musical/vocal director for the 2018-2019 school year.
•Increased student lunches by 10 cents for the 2018-2019 school year.
•Changed the July school board meeting from July 17 to July 24.
