MINNEOTA CRAZY DAYS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 8

It's time to get crazy again.
Minneota's annual Crazy Days celebration on Friday, July 8 is expected to be bigger and better than ever this year.
Around a dozen businesses will be participating again with discounted merchandise, drawings, contests, goodies, food and more.
Brad's Market will hold a three-day meat and produce special inside the store this year, beginning on Wednesday, July 6.

Among the items that will be on special are strawberries, Athena melons, seedless watermelons, head lettuce, red potatoes, baby carrots, hamburger, beef roast and ribeye steaks. Brad's will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, and 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday.
Gislason's Hardware will have a 20 percent storewide sale, excluding solar salt, while the Arched Door will have 25 percent all regular-priced items, as well as a bargain table with gifts and decor.
One More Time thrift store will sell paper bags for $10 with customers allowed to "stuff the bag" with any items they can.
If you are looking to take a break from shopping and have lunch, there are several options,
Outside Brad's Market, the grill will be fired up with the Nordland Top Notchers 4-H group selling a cheeseburger lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. as an annual fundraiser.
The burger comes with chip and water or pop for $7.
Countryside Golf Club's lunch special will be an all-day burger and fries for $8.
City Hall Bar & Grill will be offering root beer floats for $5.
The AgPlus C-store will be featuring 25-cent doughnuts while supplies last, with a limit of six per customer. They will also have double points for Patron Points and greenhouse items will be 75 percent off.
This and That Recreated will have a 25 percent off storewide sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Hometown Kitchen and Bath will be clearancing cabinets and a mirror frame and will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Mascot will offer two months free for new customers purchasing a yearly subscription for $42.
The Vietnam Memorial History Center will also be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This is a great chance for community members to help small businesses while also enjoying a day of bargain shopping with family or friends.
