Koppien leads "painted posts" class

About a dozen women showed up for two sessions on Wednesday to get instructions into "Painting Garden Posts" from painter Michelle Koppien, a Minneota native.
The Minneota American Legion Auxiliary Unit 199 hosted the "Painted Garden Posts" class, featuring Koppien. It was held at the Minneota American Legion.
Koppien, a former Wabasso instructor, has painted professionally, including the ball on a bar in Wabasso featuring motorcyclists, who often gather at that location.
