CHOCOLATE AFFAIR IS CANCELLED

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Friends of the Library have announced that its annual fundraiser, the Chocolate Affair, will not be held this year.
The Friends of the Library at hoping to again hold the popular event in 2022.
The Chocolate Affair, normally held in February as a Valentine's Day celebration, has used proceeds from past events to help fund any repairs or items needed by the library. Recently, the construction of a new elevator access to the Opera Hall on the second floor of the former Big Store building (now the public library) has been underway. The completion of the elevator is expected by mid-February.
