A new burglary was discovered at 104 E. Lyon in Minneota.

Burglary being investigated

While a pair of  burglaries earlier this month have been solved and the juveniles involved are going through the court system — a new burglary was discovered at 104 E. Lyon in Minneota.
Police Chief Bill Bolt said the burglary was investigated on Friday when the homeowners returned home to find their, “Door kicked in and personal property missing."
The renters of the home are Shante Bratsch and Omar Yanzee. They reported electronics were missing from the home.
The burglary continues to be under investiation.
“Burglaries are difficult to investigate and to solve,” said Chief Bolt. He continued to urge residents to take precautions to secure their homes, vehicles and all property.
The chief also responded to a call about 1 a.m. Tuesday morning. He found an intoxicated male and took the appropriate action.
