Virtual Flurry of Fun to be held week of March 14-20
Generally, the Flurry of Fun features many activities, food, auctions and more as a fundraiser for the St. Edward's Catholic School. This year, however, due to the ongoing pandemic, the event has become the Virtual Flurry of Fun.
The St. Edward's Catholic School and Religious Education's Virtual Flurry of Fun will include a silent auction that begins at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 15 and closes at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 20. A live auction will be held from 7-9 p.m. on March 20 with a live MC conducting the auction.
All bidding will be done online through Give Smart at: https://flurryoffunsted.givesmart.com. Visitors can view the items now and set up a user account.
Auction items have generously been donated by businesses and individuals. Some of the silent auction items include a reserved parking spot for Easter and Christmas Masses at both St. Edward's and St. Eloi in Ghent, a guitar, family baskets, gift certificates and much more.Among the live auction items will be passes to a Dinner Detective Murder Mystery Show, St. Paul Saints (which is now the Minnesota Twins AAA affiliate), and a Pellet Grill.
