Otto among 7 from SMSU receiving Tolk Scholarships

Justin Otto, a senior from Minneota, is among seven Southwest Minnesota State University students awarded a LeAnn C. Tolk Scholarship.
Each of the seven received a $5,000 scholarship that recognize outstanding students who combine academic achievement, participation in campus and community activities, and who possess a strong work ethic.
Otto is an Agricultural Solutions major.
