LYON COUNTY UNVEILS ELECTION NIGHT REPORTING

The public will have efficient access to results during November 3 election.
With voters and candidates increasingly expecting fast results on election night, Lyon County will again meet the demand with the Election Night Reporting Application.
Developed by SeaChange Print Innovations, the Election Night Reporting Application is a robust web reporting application that allows Lyon County to display election night results, precinct reporting, tracking precincts counted, and displaying voter turnout. Those accessing the web site can view results and retrieve data for all races and questions on the ballot, or by selecting certain contests to follow. The application also provides a scrolling display, results by precinct maps, and contains Excel reports - detailing results by each precinct.
“We are excited to offer the election night reporting application,” said Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer E.J. Moberg. “Feedback received after previous elections about the online resource was extremely positive. The application lets us give the public, press, and candidates the information they want more efficiently and from wherever they might be on election night – without having to be at the Government Center or fighting internet traffic at the statewide website to get results.”
