DeVaan graduates from MSCTC

Michael DeVaan of Ghent is among 700 Spring Semester students who graduated from Minneota State Community and Technical College (MSCTC).
Minnesota State Community and Technical College is a member of the Minnesota State system which has campuses in Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Moorhead and Wadena.
DeVaan earned a degree from the school in the Plumbing program.
