Captain Comfort Starr Regent Glenda Fink, left, presented the Daughters of the American Republic scholarship to Minneota senior Caleb Sterzinger. Sterzinger received a certificate and Good Citizen pin from the chapter, as well a certificate and pin for being the winner of the Minnesota State Society of the Daughters of the American Republic. The total amount of scholarship money Sterzinger received for participating in the DAR Good Citizen Essay program was $1,350.
