Claeys, Birklid marry

Katelyn Birklid and Joe Claeys were married August 29, 2020 at Standing Rock Lutheran Church in Fort Ransom, ND. A reception and dance followed at Stiklestad Lodge near Fort Ransom.  
Parents of the couple are Theresa Tucker of Jamestown, ND, Robert Birklid of Fort Ransom, ND, and Bernie and Margene Claeys of Ghent, MN.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Lisbon High School (Lisbon, ND) and a 2013 graduate of the University of North Dakota (Grand Forks, ND) with a B.S. degree in accounting. She is a CPA and employed at H.B. Fuller in Vadnais Heights, MN.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Minneota High School, a 2010 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University, and a 2011 graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a M.S. degree in accounting. He is a CPA and employed at Medtronic in Fridley, MN.
The couple resides in Minneapolis, MN.
