Garrett Moorse and Josh Schuelke of Minneota just spent a week in Columbus, Ohio with the best dairy goats and breeders in the country at the annual American Dairy Goat Association National Show and Convention.
Moorse showed 11 of his goats earning high placings including two first places and a fifth. His big win included winning the title of National Junior Champion Recorded Grade Doe with his Intermediate Doe Kid “Ferrari”.
Schuelke participated in youth activities including showmanship where he placed in the top group out of nearly sixty exhibitors. Both young men also helped show for other exhibitors.
They both found it to be a very fun week in Ohio.
