Dale Sterzinger, manager of the Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District, presents a Pheasants Forever print to John Boulton, retired Lincoln Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor, for his 56 years of service as a supervisor/board member. The Lincoln Soil and Water would like to thank Boulton for his dedication to conservation and to the citizens of Lincoln County and the surrounding area.
