Each year at Boxelder Bug Days the committee gives the Frank Josephson Good Neighbor Award to someone who helps out the community and the committee. This year it was Brad Minnehan of Brad’s Market. He is also the assistant fire chief. He got the award from committee chairman Scott Josephson (right).
