Protesters marched peacefully down East College Drive on Wednesday, June 3 in Marshall. Over 200 protesters marched against racial injustice after George Floyd, a black man, was killed by a white Minneapolis police officer. Protesters were again peaceful on Thursday, June 4 at Memorial Park in Marshall where they observed a moment of silence for Floyd.


Darwin Dyce of Ghent and Brenda Swoboda of Minneota were among the hundreds of people protesting racism and inequality last week in Marshall following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
