‘Destinations’ The Chippewa Village in Montevideo

Patrick Moore and Sandy Erickson-Jeremiason entertained a large crowd with an old-time radio show at the annual Christmas in the Village event on Saturday in Montevideo.

One of the pioneer homes at the Chippewa Village in Montevideo was decorated for the holidays the way it might have looked in the 1800s.

And a horse-drawn wagon ran continually throughout the day on Saturday in Montevideo to provide rides throughout the Chippewa City village. (“Destinations” is a column about happenings in communities outside the Minneota Area).
