I want to thank our parents for their terrific support this past season. Also a special thank you for Coach Mike Bliss, LeaAnne Bot and Ralph Hagen for their support of our players. Following the loss of Allison Bot and Rachel Knutson, our 2016 graduates, golf lessons were set up last summer including Allison Citterman and Natalie Bot. As a result of their hard work, both Allison and Natalie lettered and contributed to our success this season.

Now, the summer golf lessons have begun again with Lauren Bowyer, Jeren Rost, Natalie Bot and Allison Citterman and others on the boys team in preparation for the 2018 season.

Replacing Heidi Guttormsson and Nicole Evers will be difficult. Reflecting on the boys team, I felt the experience obtained this past season will be critical in competing against Lakeview and Canby and the other southern conference schools.

We will certainly count on the leadership of Nolan Boerboom and our seniors. We have a number of younger players practicing on a daily basis that will contend for a varsity position.

Cole Myhre and Chase Differding both earned varsity letters last season and will contend for a starting position.

So thanks to everyone for a great golf season!
