Something to help cool you off!
The internet has soooo many good recipes out there. I came across this one thinking about smoothies.
It is from the allrecipes.com website. The recipe is by HEJEANS, “A wonderful, delightful fruit smoothie...it will help you cool down after a hot day in the sun.”
Triple Threat Fruit Smoothie
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 banana peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 (8 oz) container peach yogurt
In a blender, blend the kiwi, banana, blueberries, strawberries, ice, orange juice, and yogurt until smooth.
