Public Safety is everyone’s concern and here are some tips that you can do to help.

Lock your doors on your home and vehicle.
Remove valuables from your vehicle.
Turn on your porch lights – This one is really important!
Take a photo of suspicious people or vehicles.
Get good descriptions of age, race, sex, and clothing.
Write down license plate numbers of suspicious vehicles.
Have a safety plan for a fire or tornado.
Let family or friends know where you are going and when you should arrive. Sharing your route is also important.
Never provide personal information to someone over the phone, on social media, or in an email.

Just a few simple steps that can dramatically increase your safety.
